The minimum rental period during the high season is one week, except during Labour Day weekend, when the minimum is three
nights.

The minimum rental period during the low season is two nights, except during the holiday weekends (Victoria Day and Canadian
Thanksgiving), when the minimum is three nights.
- A "week" is from check-in time Saturday until check-out time the following Saturday.

The season for the year 2013 is Monday, May 13, to Friday, October 18. The high season is from Saturday,
June 29, to Tuesday, September 3.

A non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the Rental Fee is required at the time the Rental Agreement is signed. The remaining
portion of the Rental Fee, plus a refundable Security Deposit, must be received no later than four weeks before the rental
begins.

Last-minute rentals are possible, with payments made
using Interac e-Transfer
or PayPal.

- In general, monies received are not refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Groups as large as 20 can be accommodated by rental of both Cottages.
All Rentals Include
- Shared use of four kayaks, a canoe, a rowboat, and a paddleboat.
- A fully equipped modern kitchen.
- A large charcoal barbecue grill.
- A washer and dryer.
- Cleaning service at the end of your stay.
- Linen and towels.
- Life jackets.
Peninsula Cottage

Accommodates up to 13 people (two bedrooms with queen beds; three bedrooms with double beds; one bedroom with four twin
beds).

Five hours are allocated for cleaning; if additional time is needed, charges of CDN$50 / US$50 per hour will be
deducted from your Security Deposit.
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. When renting both Cottages, check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Waterfront Cottage

Accommodates up to 6 people (one bedroom with a queen bed; one bedroom with a double bed; one bedroom with two twin beds).

Four hours are allocated for cleaning; if additional time is needed, charges of CDN$50 / US$50 per hour will be
deducted from your Security Deposit.
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. When renting both Cottages, check-in time is 3:00 PM.
